These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with Old Webster Events website (the "Service") operated by Old Webster Events ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

Old Webster Events provides professional event planning and management services including but not limited to:

  • Wedding planning and coordination
  • Corporate event management
  • Private party planning
  • Event design and decoration services
  • Vendor coordination and management
  • Timeline development and execution

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

All event bookings require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date. Contracts must be returned within 14 days of receipt along with the required deposit.

Payment Schedule

Our standard payment schedule is as follows:

  • 25% deposit due upon contract signing
  • 50% due 60 days before the event
  • Final 25% due 14 days before the event

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 120 days before event: 25% of total contract value
  • 60-120 days before event: 50% of total contract value
  • 30-60 days before event: 75% of total contract value
  • Less than 30 days before event: 100% of total contract value

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about event requirements
  • Making timely decisions within agreed deadlines
  • Providing necessary permits and licenses
  • Ensuring venue access for setup and breakdown
  • Final guest count confirmation 7 days before event

Force Majeure

Old Webster Events shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott, pandemic, government regulations, or other event beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Old Webster Events, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Old Webster Events and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Webster Groves, Missouri, in accordance with Missouri state law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
